RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We do not accept any returns due to change of mind or any other stated reason once the order has been dispatched. However an exception will be considered if the item comes to you in damaged condition(which we ensure from our end not to happen unless there is mishandling during transit). In which case you will need to provide us with full Video of unboxing and details of the damaged condition by writing to us on sanjayjangid@impressionsbysanjay.com
Once we have verified your claims, you will be required to send us the item back in the same packaging along with invoice and a new item will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be made under the following circumstances :
If the product comes in damaged condition to you and you do not wish for a replacement.
If there is an issue during the payment process or placing an order by mistake.
However you can write to us on sanjayjangid@impressionsbysanjay.com for any other issues regarding a refund.
